Metal Grinding
金属打磨产生火花与高密度颗粒,对吸力、阻燃和滤芯耐温有更高要求。推荐立式 / 卧式干式打磨台配阻燃滤芯与火花探测。Metal grinding produces sparks and dense particles, demanding strong suction, flame retardance and heat-tolerant filters. Recommended: dry vertical/horizontal benches with flame-retardant cartridges and spark detection.

Aluminum & Magnesium
铝、镁粉尘易燃易爆,干式收集风险高。必须采用湿式打磨台或水旋除尘柜,用水流在源头捕获粉尘,彻底消除爆炸风险。Aluminum and magnesium dust is highly combustible — dry collection is risky. Wet benches or water-cyclone cabinets capture dust at the source and eliminate explosion risk.

Wood Sanding
木材打磨产生大量细木屑与木粉,颗粒细、浮力强,极易弥漫整个车间。推荐干式立式打磨台配高效滤筒,结合大风量将木粉在源头完全捕获。Wood sanding generates fine, buoyant dust that fills workshops quickly. Recommended: dry vertical bench with high-efficiency cartridge and large airflow to capture wood dust at the source.

Stone Processing
石材切割与打磨产生含结晶硅粉尘,长期吸入引发矽肺职业病,危害极大。需要高风压、大风量的集尘方案,配备防爆滤芯与高效过滤,保障操作者健康。Stone cutting and grinding produces crystalline silica dust that causes silicosis — a serious occupational hazard. High-pressure, high-airflow capture with HEPA filtration protects operators.

Carbon Fiber / Composite

Welding Fume

Laser Cutting
激光切割产生高温金属烟雾、有机挥发物与超细颗粒,成分复杂、危害大。需要高效 HEPA 滤芯配合活性炭层净化,并要求设备具备一定耐热性与密封性。Laser cutting produces high-temperature metal fumes, volatile organics and ultrafine particles. Requires HEPA cartridges with activated carbon, plus heat resistance and tight sealing.
